Just wondering if someone might recommend a contractor for small handyman type jobs in our rentals in Columbus , OH area .

As with your contractors that estimate what it will take to renovate a property, the better they are, the more accurate the info. 

We are maintaining a portion adjacent to a home that has pets and need to keep the fence intact.The contractor is cutting the posts at ground level and has instructed us to put topsoil over the what remains of the posts.  

Once they get through with their onboarding tasks, the property gets assigned to a real estate agent who will get bids from contractors, oversee the rehab, and list it for sale. 

I’m looking for a good contractor for a flip in (DFW) Mesquite Texas.

So contractors ran out of money to finish job up so house is sitting and not getting worked on as in the contract.

How much does it cost you your area to replace each sheet of OSB plywood by a roofing contractor in your area?

Once Under contract (or even before) I would contact all the new home builders in the area and ask if the would be interested.
