I assume the credit underwriting you do is with insurance risks, I'd agree.You can check fannie mae underwriting, if a credit card has a zero balance, and that account is still open, half the high credit amount that had been used is used to compute debt ratios.

Sometimes I swear there's a certain percentage that drink or drug and hit ALL the computer buttons they can on these sites.I'll get an email from some, call them within 5 minutes and they're confused about which house (or houses) I'm talking about since they've sent emails out to so many.This week I had appointments with 5 people to show a house, including 1 I spoke with at noon who had a 3:30 showing that same day.

If I have to pay 3K out of pocket to get the loan it is the same thing as receiving 97K without me having to pay, the allocation is, as required for the APR computations, that the borrower received 97K as Dion explained.
