Hi All,I considered starting a REIT to allow others to invest and build wealth in projects that I would start, but that was a much, much higher level than I actually have interest in pursuing. 

do you have a title company or are you dealing directly with an attorney? 

Keep in mind BP is a great incubator however there is a lot of Members just starting their journey so you want to make sure your aware of their experience levels.

Maybe start of as an analyst and/or assistant PM just get jumpstart my experience. 

@Agustin Conti In the case of these repairs to the driveway and patio/deck I would think they are solely cosmetic and at your discretion as to if you will pay for them unless your insurance company has flagged it and told you to repaint it or repair it which you did not mention so I will assume is a no.

If you're in a vacation area, there may be a company that provides some of these services on an as-needed basis, such as checking on a house after a storm, or scheduling repairs and being there for the repair person.
