I think this was just one of those unfortunate situations combined with bad timing due to COVID.Part of the purpose in suing for the back rent is so there is a record and that they can't do this to another landlord.

@Jacob Thorp if you have more than one property you can combine them in a blanket loan to get over that minimum value.
