That to me is a huge NEGATIVE.I am a builder, a RE agent and an investor and don't want to sell houses like the product demonstrators at Walmart or Costco.

If you give a product or service to someone on installment payments or any sort of deferred payment system, then it's some sort of loan.

Ironically, in my opinion, the best hedge is building a quality, expensive product that will sell in all circumstances.

I've found that with contractors in the rental remodel space often use subpar products that fail quickly (within weeks or months).
