Just to clarify your initial post, are you looking to invest in multifamily or are you targeting multifamily investors as clients? 

Is there a direct relationship with the poverty rate and the rent or frequency of delay payment?

I am aware of getting partners should be the way to go, but I am not sure how to start building those relationships.

I actually work on a lot of deals down here in Orlando that require it to be a mail away due to the clients being out of state or international.
