If you click on it it's pretty easy to determine what site it's from.

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

So you can click print, and it will rattle off 50 or however many of the same letter each with a different name printed in the "name" field.

You only pay when someone clicks on your ad, which means you're not wasting money on advertising to people who aren't interested in your services.

You could also use Airbnb to check what people are charging per night and click their calendars to guesstimate how many nights per month.
