Rental opportunity in Middlesex County
Hey BP,
My wife was browsing on the real estate apps and she came across this property. Initially, I liked it for us as I saw it as a potential rental later down the line, but we aren't ready to move at the moment so I decided how about getting is a rental NOW. Based on the numbers I ran I would negative cashflow on it but I see some serious potential. I was wondering if anyone can run their own estimates as I am still new to investing and think that maybe I overestimated some numbers. Here's a link to the property. https://www.movoto.com/home/32...
Any advice that someone can give me would be extremely helpful. Thanks in advance!
