We have found a creative way to access some equity to make our equity work harder for us so it's almost like the beginning of a BRRR strategy.  

I use things like Venmo, CashApp and Meta Pay(facebook) to collect the payments from my tenants who want to use electronic banking.

Compare that to a nearby major metro like Muskegon that has 5x more homes for sale than rental units available!

@Pedro C.It depends on the value of the property but for the typical basic property it’d be something like say $2,000 set-up fee and say $550 yearly maintenance fee.

I'm not sure what boxes you could check for an amenity like this, but you could at least have a photo within the first 5 listing pictures and mention it in the title. 

The catch is, her job dictates where we land, so I'm unsure of the exact market yet.That being said, I have two main goals:Get started with my first few deals: Ideally, I'd like to invest locally (whichever US city we end up in).

That was likely not an option given she only has 20k left to work with now for the next one.
