I'm a web designer and after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, I made an S-corp and funnel most of my expenses through my business like he says in the book but now my income looks like I only make ~$32k a year.

I’m not getting rich off that extra $400/month, but I’ve got tenants paying down my three new 15 year mortgages, and now I’ve got four properties appreciating 5-10%/year vs just one.

I am not interested in this as a get rich quick scheme so I will be focusing on buy and hold rental properties that can ride out volatile markets like we are in right now.This year has made it nearly impossible to network with people in person so I am hoping this forum can help.

I wouldn't buy in cash, use other people's money to get rich:)Hard money is an option where if you have 10% down they will fund the purchase and the rehab.

I’m no  grant cardone but I probably am much further ahead than the majority of folks on this site if I had to guess Everyday we choose if we will be rich ,poor ,or middle class by the little choices we make .my advice is  Keep going no matter how hard it’s gets
