The thing is that I am a Marketing major student as of now, but my big realization began last year when I realize that marketing is definitely not my passion, and that I wanted to dedicate myself to something I really loved and liked doing for as long as I worked, I saw real estate as a great option for me and I’ve been trying to learn about the market and about the business itself. 

I was looking for a designated private room, but we can at least start with networking.

It seems you can't just do partial from your self directed, and then partial from my llc property business.

don't keep a staff. there's a general contractor in our market that has 400 million annual revenue and 41 employees. 10 million per employee. do the math. that's columbus ohio. construction management is the key. get to know the subs, process, build clients, focus on what actually get's business not hiring when you are small. 

But man, they do make a good business out of you. 

Makes this a business purpose loan and avoids Dodd-Frank, SAFE Act, and the like.

I now have an LLC with a business checking account and credit card that I just established to separate my business transactions and personal.

Today, there are properties with indoor basketball courts, lazy rivers, movie theaters, and exterior spiral slides going from the upper deck to the lower deck...truly creative ways of grabbing the first round of renters.Even though my rents were steady because I had a hefty repeat renter business by then, I realized that this trend of having a large luxury home was not enough if I wanted to capture more renters.
