Then you will look for broken shutters, tall grass, debris and abandoned cars and think I wonder if that is a motivated seller.Then you will look at boarded up, fenced up, burned out buildings and say I know that is a motivated seller, how do I find them.

Joe,Mobile home parks come in many shapes and sizes, and there are properties as small as 10 lots out there (although I would recommend you shoot for 20+ lots) in a huge variety of price points.
