What look like pretty nice ones if not brand new.

What I would like to market and brand myself as is a helper and problem solver of the various struggles that people have that creates opportunities for someone like me to help.So far I have thought of the title "Real Estate Consultant" I would specifically like to not advertise as a real estate business which is implying I'm an agent or investor as of right now.

For instance one area 25 miles north of my area is cheap work because it's economical and cost effective in. 25 Miles South people only want the best and use a company for their name because of the quality and brand "My house was built by Abc construction" and people know that company's quality and will pay 10,000 and 20,000 more for that reason alone.thanks for your input its a sad thing that fine woodworking is not desired as much as it's used to.have a good one,John

hello I am brand new to this and was wondering if it would be a good idea or not to get my real estate license I mean is it necessary or can you still invest or buy and hold etc.... without one.

Hey everyone my names Brandon, I'm brand new to BP and this is my first post!

The upside in the deal is NEW management, NEW branding, and rent increases.

There are a number of brands out there, Renai, Triangle Tube, etc.  

Don't work with agent that are really busy or agents that are brand new. 

Another duplex has an asking price of $35k, has a brand new roof and water heater, and has tenants currently in place that are paying a total of $925/mo.Those are just a couple of examples.  

I am brand new as well.
