Hey, everybody !!

My name is Jaelyn and I currently live in Bowie, MD (only 15 minutes outside of DC). This is my first time on BiggerPockets and I am a spankin-new investor. I am interested in all areas of real estate, but my most favorite that I would love to become expert in is how to use real estate to generate cash flow (investing in buy and holds) and wholesaling since I have little to no cash to start out with.

I'm a Flipper in Bowie.. Currently renovating 6 houses and have another 4 under contract waiting to close all in Bowie.  1 in Fairwood section 3 in Northridge, and another 2 in the levitt sections of Bowie.  I've been in Real estate and Flipping for over 25 years and know Bowie like the back of my hand..
