I say bonus because I know I can't control this.Strategy:I can't say I'm passionate about MF but it seems like the most logical way for me to scale up quickly given my age. 

To me real estate is a store of value that’s tangible, in need, and tax advantaged and if you can get appreciation on top of that it’s a nice bonus, but I’m not counting on it to play the game.

I'm leaning towards Travelers though as they're significantly cheaper and am really only trying to cover myself against a major exposure and have a significant umbrella policy in place.

If this is a duplex plus "bonus" garden unit, then you might have some commingling of utilities which always causes some issue.

We never had problems with mortgage companies accepting the insurance in our LLC names until this year. 2 of them sent letters saying we have to have the insurance in our personal names which opens us up to liability exposure.

There is also basic and bonus entitlement, but for sake of this conversation we're going to stick to bonus entitlement since we're working with larger loan amounts.

Otherwise, the less exposure you get the lower offers are.Totally agree with @Abel Curiel on everything!

The best way to meet other wholesalers is to attend many networking events, calls and such so you get more exposure and build meaningful connections.
