Each time after the first time, I would interrupt him and say "no need to explain that, please move on" and he would reply with "oh, that's right - I forgot - you're such a smart girl" or "oh! 

Her friend has a "yes girl" in her life that makes equally if not worse choices.

I think folks try to make this black and white, but that's the beauty of real estate investing.

@Eric Black Forgive me for my green answers as i am honestly fresh into the real estate scene and just looking to get started.

They also filled me in on how to clean the concrete (floor maintainer with black pad), spray the dye, roll on a coat of sealant and roll on a coat of finish. 

The insulated black lines going into the top of it are the refrigerant lines from the air conditioner unit. 

Two other markets I would look hard at, due to revenue, are Lake Lure and Black Mountain. 

I repainted the inside owl gray, and the exterior white with black highlight.

I have a 4 plex about 5 mins away from a hospital where I just had my baby girl!!
