As others have noted - the "2nd Home Loan" can't work with an LLC since you are attesting that the property is primarily for your purposes, not a business-purpose

I was wondering what is a better style of creative financing... the two options I am interested in using for my real estate investing business are either a lease-purchase agreement or a lease option.Which would benefit the seller more and which would benefit the buyer more?

Also why do the number of doors equate to a succesful real estate business and what exactly does 100 doors translate to?

I want this company to be in my name (LLC) I want to hire my own contractors, accountant, etc. but don't know the stipulations with brokers and how much a broker really gets involved in your business.

If this passes, there could create a BNB crash on PR, or move it into the black market cash business.

Also think of it this way how many business stay in business for 10 20 30 40 years..?
