I think you will find that many of the banks have their list of properties on their websites...Also, there are some blue links off to the leftOVER THERE<--------------------------I think there is a link to banks...If you need any help… let me know.I kinda know my Foreclosure stuff…

You might check AARP web site (since these are largely targeted at seniors) and try calling some of these and ask how they work.I believe the way these work is that it is a loan secured by the property but without payments.
