I see lots of investors who believed in using as much OPM as possible and many are hurting right now.

Theres alot of influence of oil and value of the dollar, oil demand is down for the first time in decades which I believe will influence the dollar greatly.

I deal with residential real estate and I can not believe the delays in just getting the loan done.

If you know a major employer is moving in, for example, you have good reason to believe demand will increase.

Most of the manufacturers were miles from the city and believe me, the employees are not tenants or those living in the city.I agree with Jon you need to go and experience the area you are looking at.Case in point, I just assigned a property in Philly only 3 blocks from $300K condos.
