Cash flow Doesn't exist in this very safe and nice country because prices are too high (a simple single house is about 1 million usd).Looking other countries for investing is important, and US is the first real estate market in the world with a lot of interesting cities  ( i think about Orlando , Tampa,West palm beach, Atlanta,Phoenix,LV).

Studios seem to be in high demand here because of the VERY HIGH living cost(beach town in CA).
