My name is James and I like long walks on the beach.....Ok, really 

I'm James and I am married with 4 kids (yes I said 4).  We are in California and just starting to invest into real estate. 

Learning as much as I can as fast as I can so, we jumped in.  I'm still very new, although my first flip is in escrow (contingent and waiting for their house to sell).  Learned a lot and looks like we will make a little on the first one which is good.  

Looking to go out of state and Brrrr next.
