It seems like at every sales meeting I attended some newbie was there trying to impress the President and Sales Manager with some new design business card; US Flag, American Eagle, Metallized, picture of kids, you name it-someone's already done it.Once at one of these meetings a District Manager got tired of all the wasted time and effort and told everyone to get out their card and pass it forward.

I dont know if the cd loan thing will work right now unless you can manage a low interest rate on the loan >5.75%you may want to up the card useage just a little , about $50 a month should be right about where the creditors like you , taht will raise the average balance on the card up to the 10% that they like to seetheres a whole formula to the FICO score thingCredit scores are numerical indexes based on an algorithm developed by Fair Isaac Company, called a FICO score.

So, after spending numerous hours tearing out carpet, 5 layer-tile in the kitchen, fixed the cabinets, replacing a ceiling, and half a bed-room, doing custom stuco, and painting, omoung many other "rigging" techniques, I thought UMMMMM, I like this..

I think it is fair to say that the 50% rule is a much better guideline than 45% because (a) it is easier to use in mental calculations, (b) it is more conservative and (c) it seems to have worked for so many successful BP investors.I consider myself fairly financially sophisticated but I would not second-guess the numbers that numerous investors have claimed from real experience managing MFDs because I do not have real-world experience managing a portfolio of apartment complexes.
