The aluminum frames look very thin which helps with the view, and a vinyl replacement would probably have thicker "framing" and would block some of that view.

But these same people will shop the internet like crazed maniacs, chasing every .125% rate savings pop up ad they see, thru sources that don't deliver, and on loans they likely won't have more than 60 payments before they refi or sell anyway.
