When you acquire these properties, are you buying under an LLC or under your name?

Many of these people come from areas where dinner is whatever is caged in the backyard ,where household garbage is simply tossed out the window and using cleaning products is nonexistent .it will be a learning experience to say the least

In about 5 years or less I acquire 10 houses and start to pay them off one by one and when I am done I am at my goal.I know I am new and maybe my plan has flaws but I might be able to correct my course as I move forward.

Hi I have heard a lot of good things about Austin and am looking to acquire rental property there and potentially move there sometime. 

As far as expenses, all of the obvious things like your utilities, cleaning, stocking of paper products, etc.
