Now since world just turned upside down we moving to renovating and adding it to our rentals.

Despite everything going on in the world, residential construction is still moving forward.

While I cannot speak to commercial construction specifically, at least in the residential world it is far cheaper to do significant renovations to a badly damaged property than it is to build new in Colorado Springs.

I’ve been to India and yes the concrete construction most the world uses is much different than the US who benefits from all the Canadian lumber etc.
