I would dedicate about an hour everyday to finding potential real estate deals through websites such as Zillow or Realtor, and running the numbers through the calculator to see if the deal was worth taking a closer look at.

Go to the Marketplace on the tab bar at the top of the page >> Click on Hard Money Lenders >>> Click on Oklahoma (it doesn't show a yellow marker but if you click on it, 2 businesses will pull up) >>>> Visit their websites and find contact info.

They provided a few websites that of companies that provide financing for flips, given that the numbers add up.
