Hello BP,

I am a new member of BP, living in Savannah, GA, as well as a new real estate investor. I have thoroughly enjoyed this website over the past few days and I am looking forward to my first step into the world of real estate investing. I am hoping to begin investing within the next few months and I am sure as I dig deeper, more and more questions will arise. I am definitely still learning all the possibilities of real estate investing, so as of now, I have not completely determined what my first investment will be.
