We are still seeing very high rental demand, and are even still in a very strong seller's market with high prices and few SFH listings sitting on the market for more than a week.Judging by how resilient our area has proven to be in resisting the things you've mentioned above, such as forced rent reductions and rising eviction rates, I don't foresee any reasons to think this trend will change in the near or far future.
