DO you know what your focus is going to be?

I been focusing on properties less that 100k my fathers a contractor and I have and adequate amount of cash to finance the properties and rehab them under this price range.

So your saying even if your focusing on foreclosures or even homes listed well under tax value with good comps. that you have the most success through ads.

Can you possibly tell us more about your background in real estate and your focus?

Focused and there was no upselling in the classes.

That said, I have been focusing my attention on developing a modular package for building new small green homes.

I always focused on flips because I wasn't interested in landlording - plus I enjoy the creative outlet and doing things a bit nicer than for rentals.Recently, I turned some of my attention to consulting with folks building or remodeling their own home.

We at biggerpockets are a pretty diverse group as far as background, education, geography, market focus and age, but also potically and socially.

The future will take care of itself, and I need to focus on the present situation.

I go to the Gym for a week and lose my focus. do you follow any methods to continue to stay focused?
