I do know other resort communities quite well such as Windsor Hills, Windsor at Westside, Championsgate, Solara, Solterra, Windsor Island, Storey Lake and several others that perform well and have great amenities and location. 

We have a lot that is in an area that is mainly a second home market (lake houses).

Considering San Bernardino/Riverside cities, Palm Desert, Lake Elsinore, and surrounding areas.
