Rendering House To Sale

Hi BP, 

I am seeing if anyone has done this or has input about this idea.
We have a lot that is in an area that is mainly a second home market (lake houses). The house plans are completed and we are thinking about having 2-3 high quality renderings and using those along with the plans to sell the house on MLS.

The plan is to try to sell it via renderings/plans or at the very least get some feedback and possibly build it.
