I believe they are getting bought out and I dont know if this is a temporary hiccup but we are really feeling that based on this we are going to start the process of jumping shift to different online software.

We ourselves cringe a little if we get handed a property that includes utility reimbursement (just one more thing to do) - but doesn't mean we mismanage...So did they use a software to keep you updated mostly like with the landscaping for example?

There are plenty of youtube videos and free books on doing this, and you'll need to be slightly tech-savvy to do this online (there is also affordable software to help you for a small investment) - but this is one of the most legitimate players in this market that may be what you need to get started.

A few ways to go about it...a: Online...there are lots of property management software that can easily handle this, many for free e.g cozy, tenant cloud, unit dash, verticalrent etc.b: Pay into your bank account directly...ie they drive to your bank and deposit into your account.
