That is my assumption too so wanted to pick others brain on this forum. 

Knowing everything about your business, and subsequently managing all people involved, unfortunately, always rests on our shoulders.

I have a lot better PM now that doesn't do that, but I'm still on the hunt for a good trustworthy handyman and GC in Toledo.

Against my better judgement I modified the criteria based on feedback I received and this is not going as expected.

It’s true that the IRA will incur UDFI/UBIT on the income derived from the same % leveraged.  

I am one-week out from closing on my first STR.
