Are there other helpful platforms you guys have found to advertise furnished rentals?

I have just come across his platform and it seems pretty slick but I'm not sure if I can stomach the pricetag... 

Dominick,So instead of using crowdfunding platforms, search for syndicators here on BP.

I doubt it is a very serious landlord or investor platform at this time.

There are so many platforms available and each would take a lot of time to even set up.

So wondering if spending on this platform is worth it or not. 

Hi all, on the commercial side we definitely use GIS platforms to analyze and communicate a variety of market info.

This is where the Self-directed IRA platforms can be helpful, however we all understand the contribution thresholds are lower when compared to 401k plans.

Last week I got a text that said "we left something in your cabin please call us" (It is our policy not to call people so that everything can be document in text and we also rarely write back actual text messages that come off platform, but this is another discussion)I wrote back: "What is it?" 

It is good to see BP posting about some of the realities of what is coming down the pipe in real estate as there are a lot of newer investors on this platform only listening to one side.I agree with a lot of what you say.
