Don't look at any one property as a stand alone item. 

I'm a Realtor, so saw it as soon as it was listed and made offer immediately as I was already familiar with the layout, etc.

Also, do your own research by looking at nearby 5bed listings with similar decor - especially after the holidays since everyone’s calendar will be full for the holidays.
