There are good areas for rentals in pockets all over town so don't think of this like a big city where you might have to narrow down your area to one suburb or specific area of town.

Hi I’m 20 years old and I have recently started learning about investing in rental properties.

This included projections for taxes, insurance, and other fees from the lender.

I want something geared more towards long-term rentals for this side of things, something that makes payments super simple (with a lot of options) for tenants would be great. 

Part of me says "Josh this is a very dangerous neighborhood, and you know it."

How did you finance this deal?

Are there any other considerations to ensure appropriate liability protection in this arrangement?
