Purchase price: $36,000
Cash invested: $15,000
Bought at auction in Portland, Maine. Had a good foundation, roof needed some repairs. Painted exterior new color. Gutted out the entire inside and remodeled to ‘cottage modern’ style. Furnished and added to the AirBnB circuit for 1 year. Have since converted into a long term lease. Love the change!
