I have posted on here previously, but I wanted to extend this message to anyone who has purchased an investment property WITHOUT having >50k in assets and not required to have a family member/friend co-sign for me (I am a 20-year-old, full-time college student).

There are some questions that we are having a hard time getting answers to which I'd like to post here for more insight. - If we both want to use this benefit, for material participation eligibility, how would that work?

@Maria Luna  Agree with Patrick's post, no way I would put my credit and the possibility of being foreclosed on for $200-300 month.
