Another option is to look into taking out ads in industry related news letters & ezines, contact directly the list owners and possibly pull off a JV with them.Sometimes there is just not a clear cut solution for some industries, thats when you really need to look at cross promotional type approaches.

With the lending industry so tight, havent found a signle loan that will work since then.

My understanding was that they give exclusive territories.I think a industry norm is more like $25 per lead.

There is now an entire industry of scumbag contingency lawyers and mold remediators (wearing spacesuits) that have pounced on this issue.

We have a very large population of folks who commute to NY & NJ for work and a pretty good tourist industry on top of it.
