Hello all,

I'm new to the forum. Been in the real estate industry for 7 years now, formerly as a Mortgage Broker, the last 1 1/2 years as an investor too. We buy and sell properties all over the US. Many of our buyers are coming from international markets.

We enjoy JV relationships to expedite the closing of transactions and I've come to this forum to network, increase my knowledge and share the wealth.
