When you stay in a hotel it is more by the day than the week or month.She was asked to leave and the rent was going up 150.00 monthly anyway.Any advise even partial would be appreciated.

@Amy Ranae There are various ways to go about valuing an asset such as an apartment, hotel etc... each however often has a pro and con and each will involve some level of estimation so there isn't and exact method that produces a universally unanimous value.
