It seems that I can't go the conventional loan route under my personal name because I have no W2 income since I was self employed for the last 10 years and I have been transitioning out of those business endeavors for the last 2 years therefore I have no real income to show.

I haven't outsourced cold calling; however, I know that to scale my business, I will need to eventually.How do you all pay your cold callers?

They will change the policy to a Business owner's policy, which will have a higher liability limit.

That is the business model so you can't blame them.  

Reputation and transparency is big in this business.  

Vacancy is expensive but part of the business however I'd rather not being getting paid for an empty unit I'm trying to fill than take my chances and end up with not getting paid from a tenant who won't leave. 

Will use this property for my family as well as make it a business.
