I am exploring some options for one of my properties that I've had as a rental for almost 9 years (owned it since 2002).

@Nolan ONeillGlad you are exploring options at very age for Real Estate Investing.I have see people like you start with wholesaling properties and get paid through sale of the contract to cash buyer.You can also attend some Real Estate meeting in driving distance from your place. 

That’s a good leverage to make out of area RE work, and more people on BP should explore it. 

We have contemplated the SFH realm too but are still exploring what would get us bang for the (limited) buck we have. 

I the past I've used my own money for B&H's, or Partner's debt position for Flips; however, my main partner is going through some personal challenges/changes, and so I'm now exploring HM sources.

Keep exploring and keep asking. 

Hi Mike - Everyone in the market is leaning towards private room rentals, and so having spent my time in some hostels prior, I thought shared rooms would be a great "niche" to explore.

Currently exploring options to pursue and wanting to find that specific path to really capitalize upon in this current market.
