Turnkey companies exist for a reason but you have to find the right one.You could also do the David Greene model of finding your all star team (Core Four) that can find deals, fix them up, get you the loan, and manage it for you.

I personally like the firms with a 2-4 star review out of total 5 stars b/c, if the tenants give them 100% rankings across the board, they may be "too tenant friendly".

I like the 500 mile range that makes going camping realistic were as with my 16 X it only has 220 range which is fine for daily driving and we drive it 1000 miles to Vegas twice a year and with the super charger network it all works out fine and of course our superchargers are free so we never pay for energy..
