I traveled for many years and didn't utilize the advantages of miles and points programs. 

There is another firm that says they are not big on "teams"...but do a 6 week training program and will assign a "mentor" to her and this mentor gets a flat fee for say the first 3 or 4 transactions my wife completes. 

We have been using a program called Rent Tech Direct.

You know the sort: "...AND if you buy our Supreme Infinity Pro Gold Program...".

I have even seen programs where you get "Rapid Paid".  

Another thing that you may find helpful:Wells Fargo - Has a program for commercial properties (5Units > )where you can get a fixed interest rate for a 15 year/20 year term as long as the maximum loan amount does not exceed 750K.
