I am currently making the time to write out my business strategy/plan every day, I found my niche in buy and hold, but eventually would like to venture out and find what else is out there that catches my interest, but for now I am focused on buy & hold, and every day I'm listening to pod cast and reading on the BP pages on articles about buy & hold strategies.Anyways if there is anyone out there that has experienced how I am feeling about support and self motivation please share with me their thoughts and opinions.

You can try fighting it and there are plenty of articles about that, but in most cases they wont adjust the number unless there is a blatant mistake like square footage being wrong or something like that.
