As I understand it, the document serves to amend the existing HMDA "made by section 1094 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act".I'm curious if investors who purchase and restructure non-performing notes are required to abide by either the current or the new act.

Ideally I'd like to see year over year if there are months or seasons that see increases in complaints, higher utilities and so on in order to forecast and eventually prevent time and money consuming issues down the line.I figure that while I'm saving money and hunting for my second deal, I may as well start getting the tools in place that will allow me to be more effective as my portfolio grows.
