The same would apply here, once the PM knows that a gun has been negligently discharged they are obligated to take action to remedy the situation - what that action is or whether it will alleviate the issue is really case dependent and doesn't really matter so long the PM has shown a reasonable effort to remedy the situation.

It is a portfolio loan not Fannie/Freddie backed.The property is not owner occupied.Obviously other costs apply: attorney, title insurance, prepaids etc.I have perfect credit and the property cash flows with debt.Does anyone know any lender who can do better than 4.25%?

Columbus City Council just announced yesterday they will be setting aside $1M in Emergency Support for Food Access and Housing Issues, though no information yet on how someone applies for it. $1M also doesn't seem like enough since the need is going to be extensive, but at least it's a start ... ??
