Here's the thing, property management will place a qualified tenant, but you would place someone you can get along with.With a cell phone you can easily get a repair done by someone and not pay a markup for the phone call.Just food for thought.

The ONLY reason that I am reciving the cash assistance is because I was Homeless for 8 months (1-18 to 8-18) and had zero income, and with the acception of food stamps, I was slipping through the cracks of everything I applied for through the county.

If someone is in a situation where they need to chose which bills are the most important to pay, they will automatically default to the basic human needs food, clothing, and believe it or not, yes they will generally pay for shelter too.

Rodents will always choose a comfortable indoor space with a food and water source.

But here's some food for thought... what if the Tenant stopped paying rent all together until they moved out?
