Any suggestions of who would be a good fit for me?

I would recommend reaching out to a few CPAs (those on this thread are a great start) and see if there's a good fit for you.

My business finally sold last month and at the same time 2 properties that fit my goals became available.

Asset protection is essentially a bottomless well of structures, but the most applicable strategies would fit within the main "five pillars" of protecting your assets.

I don’t want to spend much , but for an island I thought I would have to do granite because I am thinking  it has to be cut out bigger than a standard counter top since  you have to extend it to be able to fit The barstools?

Probably $150/sqft for a budget project (laminate countertops, vinyl floor etc), $175/sqft for middle of the road, and $200/sqft for a nicer rental unit.Back of the napkin calcs are not a good fit for development in my opinion. 

For a little while I couldn't find much that fit these parameters but after doing a few weeks of surfing the MLS and driving around I have found a few.  

Feel free to offer any guidance you see fit.

Both fit into our budgets at this point at this price point.  

There are a lot of upfront costs associated with subdivisions and it doesn’t fit into my focus area.
